A hug can express emotions. Each culture has different explanations and definitions.

‘Virtual hug’ is an art project designed to cover the special circumstances when people can’t touch each other. e.g.Nuclear Radiation Isolation/Public health isolation/Border Wall/Congenital Disease etc.

The project is focused on motion and emotion, noising and visualization through the design of “visual hug”.

ITERATION

Depending on culture, context and relationship, Visual Hug can indicate familiarty, love, affection, friendship, brotherhood or sympathy where words are insufficient, and provide support, comfort, and consolation, where people could not meet in phasical world.
